2. Eligibility & Membership

Use of loan and deposit products is subject to Society membership, eligibility criteria and approval at the sole discretion of the Society, in accordance with the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002, directions of the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS), Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India, and the Society's registered bye-laws and internal policy.

3. Information Accuracy

Product information, interest rates and calculators on this website are indicative and provided for general guidance only. They do not constitute a binding offer. Final terms are governed by your loan/deposit agreement executed at the branch.

4. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access to any systems, or use the website for any unlawful purpose. Content on this website is the property of the Society and may not be reproduced without permission.

Member portal credentials must be kept confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Report suspected unauthorised access to the Society immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, including reliance on any calculator estimates or indicative rates displayed.

6. Regulatory status

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002 (as amended) and Rules thereunder. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, without prejudice to remedies available under the MSCS Act before the Central Registrar where applicable.
